- Usage Data: Information about how you interact with Kamili Help Desk, including pages visited, features used, ticket activity, and session duration.
- Device Information: Browser type, operating system, IP address, device identifiers, and screen resolution.
- Support Data: Tickets, conversations, messages, attachments, and customer data you store in the platform.
- Cookies: Essential, functional, and analytics cookies as described in our Cookie Policy.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use collected information to:
- Provide, maintain, and improve Kamili Help Desk services
- Process support tickets and facilitate communications
- Power AI features (copilot suggestions, auto-categorization, chatbot)
- Send account-related notifications and service updates
- Monitor usage for billing and fair-use enforcement
- Analyze product usage to improve features and user experience
- Ensure security and prevent fraud
3. Data Sharing and Third Parties
We share data with the following categories of third parties:
- Infrastructure Providers: Vercel (hosting), Supabase (database), Upstash (caching) for service delivery.
- Payment Processing: Stripe processes all payments. We do not store credit card numbers.
- AI Processing: Anthropic (Claude) processes ticket content for AI features. Data is not retained by Anthropic for training.
- Analytics: Privacy-compliant analytics for product improvement.
- Email Delivery: Amazon SES for transactional email delivery.
We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
4. Data Retention and Deletion
- Active accounts: Data is retained for the duration of your subscription.
- Closed accounts: Data is deleted within 30 days of account closure, unless legally required to retain.
- Backups: Backup data is purged within 90 days of account deletion.
- Audit logs: Retained for the period specified by your plan (90 days or 1 year).
5. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access: Request a copy of your personal data.
- Correction: Request correction of inaccurate data.
- Deletion: Request deletion of your personal data.
- Portability: Export your data in machine-readable format (CSV, JSON).
- Objection: Object to specific data processing activities.
- Restriction: Request restriction of processing in certain circumstances.

6. Children's Privacy
Kamili Help Desk is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If we become aware that a child under 16 has provided us with personal information, we will take steps to delete that data.
7. International Data Transfers
Kamili Help Desk data is primarily stored in the United States. Enterprise customers may select regional data residency (US, EU, or Asia-Pacific). When data is transferred internationally, we use appropriate safeguards including Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) where required.
