Terms of Service

1. Service Description

Kamili Help Desk is a customer support platform provided by Kamili Labs LLC. The service includes ticket management, live chat, email support, AI-powered tools, knowledge base, and analytics features as described on our website and documentation.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old and have the legal authority to bind the organization you represent. By creating an account, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

3. Account Registration

Accounts are created through Kamili Account Central. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access at security@kamililabsllc.com.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of all content you submit to Kamili Help Desk, including ticket data, knowledge base articles, customer information, and configurations. You grant Kamili Labs a limited license to process this content solely for the purpose of providing the service, including AI feature processing.

5. Prohibited Uses

You may not use Kamili Help Desk to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Store or transmit content that infringes intellectual property rights
  • Distribute malware, spam, or phishing content
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service or other users' data
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the service
  • Use automated tools to scrape or extract data beyond authorized API usage
  • Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the service without written consent

6. Subscriptions and Payment

Kamili Help Desk offers Free, Starter ($15/agent/month), Professional ($30/agent/month), and Enterprise (custom pricing) plans. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods.

7. AI Features Disclaimer

AI features (copilot suggestions, auto-categorization, chatbot responses, sentiment analysis) are provided as assistive tools. AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all communications sent to your customers. Kamili Labs is not liable for actions taken based on AI suggestions.

8. Third-Party Services

Kamili Help Desk integrates with third-party services (Kamili CRM, Kamili Mail, social media platforms). These integrations are subject to the respective third-party terms of service. Kamili Labs is not responsible for the availability or performance of third-party services.

9. Intellectual Property

Kamili Help Desk, its logos, design, code, and documentation are owned by Kamili Labs LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. The Kamili name and logo are trademarks of Kamili Labs LLC.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kamili Labs LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall take place in the United States. You agree to resolve disputes individually and waive the right to participate in class actions.

12. Modifications

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 30 days in advance. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
