Check your spam/junk folder for emails from notifications@kamili.com Add this address to your contacts or whitelist Verify your email address is correct in Profile > Account
Ensure your browser allows notifications from Kamili Help Desk Check your operating system notification settings If using the mobile app, ensure push notifications are enabled in your phone settings
The bell icon in the top-right shows in-app notifications Click it to view and clear notifications If the count seems stuck, try refreshing the page

Do Not Disturb
If you set your status to "Do Not Disturb," all notifications are muted. Change your status to "Online" or "Away" to resume notifications.
Agent Availability
If you are set to "Away" or "Do Not Disturb," you may not receive assignment notifications. Check your availability status in the top-right corner.
