Fix: Not Receiving Notifications

Notification Issues


If you are not receiving notifications for new tickets, replies, or mentions, check these settings.


Check Notification Preferences

  • Go to Profile > Notifications
  • Verify that notifications are enabled for the events you care about
  • Check that your preferred channels (email, push, in-app) are toggled on

  • Email Notifications

  • Check your spam/junk folder for emails from notifications@kamili.com
  • Add this address to your contacts or whitelist
  • Verify your email address is correct in Profile > Account

  • Push Notifications

  • Ensure your browser allows notifications from Kamili Help Desk
  • Check your operating system notification settings
  • If using the mobile app, ensure push notifications are enabled in your phone settings

  • In-App Notifications

  • The bell icon in the top-right shows in-app notifications
  • Click it to view and clear notifications
  • If the count seems stuck, try refreshing the page

  • Do Not Disturb

    If you set your status to "Do Not Disturb," all notifications are muted. Change your status to "Online" or "Away" to resume notifications.


    Agent Availability

    If you are set to "Away" or "Do Not Disturb," you may not receive assignment notifications. Check your availability status in the top-right corner.
