Slow Dashboard Performance


If the Kamili Help Desk dashboard is loading slowly, try these solutions.


Quick Fixes

  • Clear browser cache: Press Ctrl+Shift+Delete (Cmd+Shift+Delete on Mac) and clear cached data
  • Try a different browser: Test in Chrome, Firefox, or Edge
  • Disable browser extensions: Some extensions can slow down web apps
  • Check your internet connection: Run a speed test at speedtest.net

  • Reduce Data Load

  • Filter your ticket view: Use filters to show only relevant tickets instead of loading all tickets
  • Archive resolved tickets: Closed tickets older than 90 days can be archived to improve list performance
  • Reduce dashboard widgets: If using a custom dashboard, reduce the number of real-time widgets
