How to Export Your Data

Data Export


You have the right to export your data at any time. Kamili Help Desk supports full data export in standard formats.


Exporting Ticket Data

  • Go to Settings > Data > Export
  • Select the data type (Tickets, Customers, Articles, etc.)
  • Choose the date range
  • Select the format (CSV or JSON)
  • Click "Export"
  • You will receive a download link via email when the export is ready

    GDPR Data Request

    Under GDPR, you can request a full export of all data associated with your organization:

  • Go to Settings > Data > GDPR
  • Click "Request Full Data Export"
  • The export will be prepared within 72 hours
  • You will receive a secure download link via email

  • Data Deletion

    To delete your data and close your account:

  • Export any data you want to keep
  • Go to Settings > Data > Delete Account
  • Confirm deletion
  • All data will be permanently deleted within 30 days
