Go to Settings > Data > Export Select the data type (Tickets, Customers, Articles, etc.) Choose the date range Select the format (CSV or JSON) Click "Export" You will receive a download link via email when the export is ready
Go to Settings > Data > GDPR Click "Request Full Data Export" The export will be prepared within 72 hours You will receive a secure download link via email
Export any data you want to keep Go to Settings > Data > Delete Account Confirm deletion All data will be permanently deleted within 30 days
