Go to Kamili Account Central at portal.kamililabs.com Navigate to Security > Two-Factor Authentication Click "Enable 2FA" Scan the QR code with an authenticator app (Google Authenticator, Authy, 1Password, etc.) Enter the 6-digit code from your authenticator Save the recovery codes in a secure location
Go to Settings > Security > Authentication Toggle "Require 2FA for all agents" Team members will be prompted to set up 2FA on their next login
Use one of your recovery codes to sign in Go to Security settings and disable 2FA Re-enable 2FA with a new authenticator setup

Two-Factor Authentication
Two-factor authentication (2FA) adds an extra layer of security to your Kamili account. Even if someone obtains your password, they cannot access your account without the second factor.
Enabling 2FA
Recovery Codes
When you enable 2FA, you receive 10 recovery codes. Each code can be used once if you lose access to your authenticator app. Store them securely (password manager recommended).
Using 2FA
After entering your password, you will be prompted to enter a code from your authenticator app. This code changes every 30 seconds.

Admins can require all agents to enable 2FA:
