Connect Kamili Calendar to schedule follow-ups, callbacks, and meetings directly from tickets.


Enabling Calendar Integration

  • Go to Settings > Integrations > Kamili Calendar
  • Click "Connect"
  • Select which calendar to use for support appointments

  • Scheduling from Tickets

    From any ticket, click the calendar icon to:

  • Schedule a callback: Pick a date/time and the system creates a reminder
  • Book a meeting: Share your availability link with the customer
  • Set a follow-up: Create a reminder to check back on the ticket

  • Agent Availability

    Calendar integration affects auto-assignment:

  • Agents with busy calendars receive fewer tickets
  • Out-of-office events automatically set agent status to Away
  • Scheduled breaks are respected in the assignment queue

  • Customer-Facing Booking

    Share a booking link in ticket replies so customers can schedule a convenient time for a call or screen share.
