Connect Kamili Mail to manage support emails directly from your familiar inbox interface.


Setting Up Mail Integration

  • Go to Settings > Integrations > Kamili Mail
  • Click "Connect"
  • Select which Kamili Mail inbox to link (typically your support inbox)
  • Configure routing rules (which emails become tickets)

  • How It Works

  • Support emails received in Kamili Mail automatically create Help Desk tickets
  • Agent replies from Help Desk appear as normal emails in the customer's inbox
  • Agents can view and manage the shared support inbox from either Mail or Help Desk
  • Email threading is preserved across both products
