How to Connect Kamili CRM with Help Desk

CRM Integration


Connect Kamili CRM to see customer context alongside support tickets. Agents get full visibility into deals, history, and relationships.


Enabling CRM Integration

  • Go to Settings > Integrations > Kamili CRM
  • Click "Connect"
  • If you have a Kamili CRM account, the connection is automatic via your Kamili Account
  • If not, you will be prompted to create one (free tier available)

  • What Syncs

  • Contacts: CRM contacts appear in Help Desk customer profiles
  • Companies: Organization data from CRM shows on tickets
  • Deals: Open deals and their status appear in the ticket sidebar
  • Activities: Help Desk conversations appear in CRM contact timeline

  • Using CRM Data in Tickets

    When a customer creates a ticket, Help Desk automatically:

  • Looks up the customer in CRM by email
  • Links the ticket to their CRM profile
  • Shows their deal history, contact info, and previous interactions in the sidebar

  • Bidirectional Sync

    Changes made in either product sync in near real-time:

  • New contacts created in Help Desk sync to CRM
  • Contact updates in CRM appear in Help Desk
  • Ticket activity shows in CRM timeline
