How to Upgrade or Change Your Plan

Upgrading Your Plan


Upgrade to unlock more features, channels, and AI capabilities.


How to Upgrade

  • Go to Settings > Billing > Plan
  • Click "Change Plan"
  • Select your new plan (Starter, Professional, or Enterprise)
  • Choose monthly or annual billing
  • Enter payment details if not already on file
  • Confirm the upgrade

  • When Changes Take Effect

  • Upgrades: Immediately. You get access to new features right away. You are charged a prorated amount for the remainder of the current billing period.
  • Downgrades: At the end of the current billing period. You keep your current features until then.

  • Changing Agent Count

    Paid plans are per-agent. To add or remove agents:

  • Go to Settings > Billing > Plan
  • Adjust the agent count
  • Adding agents is prorated; removing agents takes effect at next billing cycle

  • Enterprise Plans

    Enterprise plans require a conversation with our sales team. Contact us at sales@kamililabsllc.com or use the "Contact Sales" button on the pricing page.


    Cancellation

    You can cancel your subscription at any time from Settings > Billing > Plan > Cancel. You will retain access until the end of your billing period, then revert to the Free plan.
